the mobility of my neck is slowly becoming tight.I am not able to shift my neck to write side or left side. This mobility is slowlydecreasing. For example, when we are going on a road,I can not turn my head to sideways and read the boards of the shops.I have to fully rotata and see, but,I can not see to side as my neck will be tight and giving me pain>What shall I do to improve my neck tightness?

Ans: Hello Nadakuduru. Thank you for your query and sorry to hear about your condition. age, which is important because treatment can differ for younger vs. older folks. Start with gentle neck rotations and side bandings, but only move until you feel a mild stretch never force into pain. Also check your sleeping posture and screen height, as a bad setup often tightens the neck over time. Do these moves slowly every few hours, and apply a warm towel for 10 minutes before stretching to relax the muscles. But please, do consult a nearby physiotherapist for a proper assesment, as they can rule out any serious issues and guide you safely. I wish you a very quick recovery
