Karj k karan m bahut pareshan ho gya sir ab aysa lagta hai khatam kar lu apne app ko apne bacho ko bewi ko kyoki m unko aysa nahi dekh sakta app mujko batye meri help kare

Ans: I understand how heavy your heart is feeling because of debt. When problems look too big, the mind sometimes feels like giving up. But please remember – ending life is not a solution. Your children and wife need your love and presence, not your absence. Problems may look permanent, but they are always temporary. With patience and right support, things can improve.

Yoga can help you calm your mind and give strength to face challenges. Simple practices like deep belly breathing, Anulom Vilom (alternate nostril breathing), and Shavasana (relaxation pose) can reduce stress and clear your thinking. Even 10 minutes daily can bring peace to your mind. Meditation on your breath will slowly release anxiety and give hope.

But please don’t try to handle this alone. Just like you go to a doctor when sick, here also you need a guide. A yoga or meditation coach can support you with safe practices and positive guidance. At the same time, please talk to a trusted family member or counselor about your feelings. Sharing will reduce your burden.

Hold on with faith. Every night ends, and a new morning always comes. You are stronger than you think.
