My front teeth is broken I fell down from my bike while dog is chasing me . I went to dentist i got broken teeth cemented . dentist advised me not to chew anything with cemented teeth it's a life time instruction. It is very discomfort to me .Is there any treatment such that I can chew even with repaired tooth

You need to consult a Periodontist (a dentist who specialises in gum problems) or your general dentist. Only after a proper evaluation can the remedy be suggested. But most gum problems are treatable

Ans: Milk or Deciduous teeth fall once and are replaced by permanent teeth which are expected to last a lifetime. Permanent teeth do not fall except in case of severe trauma or years of neglect. Kindly consult your dentist to ascertain which teeth have fallen and to know what treatment, if any, is needed.

Teeth do break/fracture often at or just below the gum level. When this happens they shake and hurt when you bite on them. But the broken portion may not actually fall out because it could be still attached to the gums.
If this is the case the only solution is to have it extracted and then replaced by a bridge or implant.
The other (more common) reason for teeth shaking or hurting is infection in the tooth itself or in the gums and jawbone surrounding and supporting the tooth. This can usually be reversed with proper treatment.
Your dentist can diagnose the cause and recommend the correct way forward.

A bridge is an economical option to replace missing teeth provided you have strong, healthy anchor teeth on either side of the gap. But if, as you say, the remaining teeth are also not in good shape then implants should be considered. Please note your gums and jawbone should be healthy in order to support implants. Please consult a good Prosthodontist (a dentist who specialises in teeth replacement) to get your oral health evaluated and find the best solution

Ans: Chipping a front tooth is rough - especially since it’s right there - plainly visible - when you talk or smile. Sorry that happened.

Short answer: Yes, it should be treated by a dentist, even if it doesn’t hurt now.
And here’s why:
1. No pain doesn’t mean no damage: The nerve might be fine now, but a chip exposes dentin or even pulp. Once that’s exposed, bacteria can get in and cause infection/pain later. Bleeding at the time could mean the break went past enamel.
2. Sharp edges: That “uncomfortable to eat or talk” feeling is usually the rough chip edge cutting your tongue/lip or catching food. It can be smoothed in 5 min.
3. Risk of bigger crack: Chipped teeth are weaker. Biting wrong or another bump can turn a small chip into a bigger fracture.
