Is it worth it for me to pursue a career in medicine, considering my hesitation with the lengthy duration of study required before practicing and the significant cost associated with medical education with my limited financial resources?

Please explain, what you are doing right now and tell me about your financial condition.
No doubt medicine is a lengthy course and also costly (if pursued from Pvt College).
One has to keep a lot of patience during the course.

Ans: You can officially join MBBS at 20, but you should be aware that a medical career is a very long one. It will take around 10 years to finish MD.

Hello sir/ma'am, i am 44 years old and completed my masters in pharmacy (pharmacology) in 2010, i have 3 years of experience as a hospital pharmacist from Care hospitals and 5 year's experience as a senior pharmacovigilance associate from Tech Mahindra. I have a career break of 7 years. I am willing to upgrade myself with the new technology happening in pharmacy/healthcare field that have a scope for next 10-20 years in india or abroad. Also, i would like to know if i can make good earnings to sustain in this costly world by pursuing any sort of short-term or long term courses in pharma/healthcare that have a huge scope for me? Ans: I would encourage you to build on your experience as a M Pharma by taking a up a job in a Pharma company, Hospital set up or even a online pharma . ecommerce company. Even a career in a cosmetics, beauty and FMCG maker is something that you can explore. Get a few interview sessions and form a view on what job openings are available. Pick up a job and then do advance courses to progress.

Sir my daughter scored 73.8 in 10+2 but maths percentile is very low @ 46. She wish to appear in BITSAT. Can she be eligible if she improves her score in improvement exam to be held in July by CBSE?

Ans: Eligibility for BITS Pilani Admission:
Minimum Requirement: Candidates should have passed 10+2 examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (for engineering courses) and secured at least 75% aggregate marks in these three subjects or be among the top 20 percentile in their respective board exams.

BITS also requires minimum 60% marks in each of these subjects (Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics).
Yes! If she improves her aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics to 75% or above, she will meet the minimum eligibility criteria for BITSAT.
But my suggestion is to avoid engineering, because almost all streams in engineering require B.Sc. level math.
