Hello Pankaj sir, Im 39 year old female. I have done my graduation in science and have around 12 years of corporate/ manufacturing industry experience. Now i plan to switch my career to teaching. I am currently persuing "Advanced diploma in pre primary and primary teacher's training" which is a one year course having one month internship towards the end of program. -I would want your guidande to understand potential of jobs after this course. -Is there any other certifications that are needed yp strengthen my chances at securing a job. -typically what would be the salary for beginners and what is thw scope for further progress?

The ESD industry is booming and will continue to grow with the emergence of EVs and all the appliances and devices getting built in India. I would encourage you to talk to a few Engineering Colleges in Bengaluru an see if you can deliver a few guest lectures. Once you gain confidence and success, consider running a full semester. This looks like the best of both worlds--that give you the job satisfaction and good salary from your ESDM job For industry professionals BEd etc are not needed. All the best.
