My grand son with his MBBS degree got a seat in AIIMS Delhi. After 3 months of his joining, he wants to quit the course and trying to appear for the next Exam and wants to select a medical college in the South. He does not want to continue there. No ragging. They are forced to work for continuously even for 48 hours by the seniors, he says. Appears to be fully exhausted. Also, he fears that he may be addicted to bad habits. The HOD appears to be helpless. what to do? Any complaint may spoil his career.

Ans: Hello Sir,

He is currently facing two main issues: overload and stress, along with challenges related to self-discipline.

**Overload and Stress**: It’s important not to avoid the situation. He needs to address these issues calmly and work towards achieving his goals. The pressure many are experiencing post-COVID-19 is widespread, and he may encounter similar challenges wherever he goes.

Despite the overload and stress, he should remain focused. The solution to both problems lies in encouraging him to practice yoga.
While dealing with patients, encourage him to use his expertise so that more patients will approach him, making his experience enjoyable rather than stressful.
I'm confident he has the talent needed to succeed; he just needs to leverage it effectively.

Best regards.
